Eng. House Bill No. 4262 -- H. B. 4262 -- A Bill to amend and reenact §21-5-5c and §21-5-5d of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; all relating to licensure for polygraph examiners; removing state licensure requirements for polygraph examiners; creating national membership requirements for polygraph examiners; and updating criminal penalties associated with removing state licensure.
